The 75 years of the Turkish Republic is a process realised by the three generations together. A state bank with the world "emlak" (real estate) in its name has always undertaken duties and responsibilities each more interesting than the other in every stage of this process. The three real estate banks which were influenced by these processes were not satisfied with only giving technical services in the areas they were specialised in. but took their position just in the center of the unstable modernisation process of Turkey. While the history of our institution in narrated in this work. many little known aspects of the history of our country are revealed.
